Now available at www.editionscamelines.com! We are happy to announce the birth of the French translation of our book I Ching. The Oracle of the Cosmic Way. The translation into French was done by Christine Dugrenier.

Because we want to focus on writing on our next book (see the entry below), we have decided to reduce our teaching activities for 2009 to a minimum.

There will be no online courses given in 2009.

As to seminars, we will offer one two-day and one three-day I Ching seminar on “Achieving Success that Endures.” This seminar will be held at two locations:
—August 22-23 at the location of the I Ching Institute in Stow, MA.
—November 6-8, sponsored by The Emerald Feng Shui Institute in Seattle.
In addition, we will be giving seminars in Germany in April 2009.

Most of the year 2009 will be dedicated to writing our next book now in progress. Its working title is A New Understanding of the Psyche, based on the I Ching. In this book, with the Sage as our guide, we explain the major functions of the human psyche that help the mind perform its two main tasks. These two tasks are: (1) to process our everyday experiences and traumatic shocks in correct terms; and (2) to understand what our individual Cosmic destiny is and what it means for the mind to go along with it as we advance on that path. The book will show how early childhood conditioning imprisons the major functions of the psyche and how doing so locks the mind into fixed ideas that isolate us from our inner truth. As a result, the mind must look to outside sources for “the truth” and for validation of our existence. Relying on these sources leads us farther and farther away from the path of our Cosmic destiny. Finally, the book will show how the individual person can free his/her psyche and mind from the harmful effects of conditioning, and how doing so enables the person to express his/her unique Cosmic destiny. Through becoming free of such destructive patterns of relating to himself and others, the person regains inner harmony with Cosmic help.

This paperback edition is a response to many requests for an edition that is ‘easier to carry around.’ We have reduced the page count from 768 pages to 608 pages, and its weight from over 2 lbs to 1-1/2 lbs. The format is still 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches. The price for this book is $29.95.
Errors and omissions in the text have been corrected. New methods for deprogramming have been inserted to replace the previous method. The new methods correspond to the ones mentioned in our latest book “Healing Yourself the Cosmic Way.”
